At RYNOX, we stand behind the quality of our supplements and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.


30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Items must be purchased directly from rynoxsupplements.com

  • Items must be in their original packaging (opened or unopened)

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Products purchased from third-party retailers

  • Items past the 30-day return period

  • Free promotional items or gifts


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@rynoxsupplements.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Ship your item(s) back to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

  • If you received a free promotional item (such as RYNOX Calm) and do not return it with your order, its retail value may be deducted from your refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
